Can I still place an order online for delivery?
Yes, we are still operating all aspects of our business as normally as possible. The warehouse team is operating in shifts to ensure social distancing.
Can I still contact customer service?
Yes, our team is working remotely to ensure social distancing. We are answering your queries as quickly as possible. If you are having difficulty reaching us by phone please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I still receive delivery of my order?
Yes, Parcel Force have added contact free delivery for all parcels. See below;
For all uk deliveries, the items are being placed on the ground and the driver waits for the person to answer the door.
- If the door is opened in order to protect both our people and customers as much as possible, we will not be handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture electronic signatures. Our drivers will instead log the name of the person accepting the item. This will apply to all deliveries that normally require a signature.
- If the recipient is not in, then the driver will do the scan as customer not available and follow the normal terms and conditions of trying the next working day or attempting the post office or with a neighbour
If you have ordered a SnüzKot, ArrowXL are now taking the next step with immediate effect which will be to deliver to doorstep or customer nominated safe place. No product will be left without customer agreement
Are deliveries running on time?
We are operating as normally as possible and most deliveries are taking place within 1-4 working days (1-2 weeks for SnüzKot). We cannot guarantee next day delivery at this time
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. All customers receive tracking details by email/text, so please make sure we have the correct details for you! The tracking details are sent as soon as the shipping label is generated, so the tracking will not update until the parcel is on its way.
