First Trimester

Welcome to your first trimester! Now we know just how anxiety provoking the first trimester can be. But fear not, Marie is here to help guide you through it, from what vitamins you should be taking to that dreaded morning sickness. Don’t worry if all you can stomach is beige food, you should listen to your body and give it what it wants.

Month 4

Welcome to month 4 of your pregnancy! At this stage, your baby weighs around 100g, which is about the weight of an avocado. Your baby will be moving around a lot, and you may even feel some flutters and foetal movement. When it comes to sleep, Marie has some top tips to get you sleeping correct, not just comfy.

Month 5

Welcome to your 20th week of pregnancy! Your baby is about the same size as an average banana. You may be feeling some discomfort, particularly in the pelvic area as the weight of your baby can put pressure on your pelvis. In this month’s video, Marie will help reassure you that those vivid dreams about your ex are completely normal!

Month 6

Welcome to your 24th week of pregnancy! By now your baby is around the same size as an aubergine. When it comes to sleep during this stage, now is the perfect time to start thinking about your sleep routine. At 28 weeks it is really important to avoid sleeping on your back and this is where SnuzCurve comes in! Marie has some tips to help and support you through this process, as we know it can be testing at times. Click the video below to learn about how SnuzCurve helps to support you and your baby.

Month 8

Welcome to the 8th month of your pregnancy! By now your baby weighs around 1.7kg, but it’s important to remember that all babies are different. As your baby gets bigger, it is more common for your sleep to be disrupted due to the pressure on your pelvis and of course your bladder! You may find that your sleep is disrupted during this stage of your pregnancy, whether it be regular trips to the toilet in the middle of the night or lying awake at night overthinking, Marie has some tips on how to set yourself up for a good night’s sleep.

Month 9

Welcome to the last month of pregnancy, you made it! It’s only a few more weeks before you meet your little bundle of joy. At this stage, your baby weighs around 2-2.6kg, and you are of course the heaviest and biggest you have been throughout your pregnancy. With this comes some discomfort and you may be feeling more tired, so rest, rest, rest! Click below to find out how SnüzCurve can support you during those daytime naps and night-time ZZZ’s!
