Please stop using SnuzPod5 as soon as your baby can sit, kneel, roll over, or pull themselves up unaided, or reaches the 9kg weight limit, whichever comes first. Some babies reach these milestones earlier than six months, so it's worth keeping an eye on things rather than assuming a fixed timeline.

Start by making sure your baby’s sleep space is completely clear and your swaddle is flat, then place your baby on the SnüzSwaddle with their back flat. Make sure to guide your baby’s arms into a natural, comfortable position. 

For the swaddled position, secure both arms inside, zip up gently and fasten the buttons on the armholes. For the other positions, guide their arms through the armholes and optionally attach the sleeves. Ensure the fit is snug but not restrictive, with room for hip and leg movement.

You should be able to fit two fingers between the swaddle and your baby’s chest, with their face and neck completely clear of fabric. Make sure their legs can still bend and move naturally.
