Place baby in the SnuzSwaddle
Dress your baby according to the recommended TOG guidance and room temperature. Lay the swaddle flat and place your baby gently inside, guiding their arms into a natural, comfortable position. Fasten the SnuzSwaddle so it feels snug and secure around their chest.

Check comfort and fit
Your little one should feel cosy, never restricted. You should be able to fit two fingers between the swaddle and your baby’s chest. Check that the swaddle doesn’t reach over your baby’s face and their head cannot pass through the neck-hole. Make sure their legs can still bend and move naturally.

Time for safer sleep
Once baby is comfortable and secure, let the swaddle soothe and settle your little one into a peaceful sleep.
