Care

The mattress cover is removable and machine washable at 40°C.

Do not wash or dry clean fillings.
Always use the mattress with the mesh side facing up

Warnings

Not suitable to be used with a sensor pad.
Do not use more than one mattress in the crib.
Be aware of the risk of open fire and other sources of strong heat, such as electric bar fires, gas fires, etc. in the near vicinity of the crib.
The maximum gap between the mattress and the sides and ends of your furniture should not exceed 20mm. Ensure that the internal dimensions of your furniture are no greater than: SnuzPod4 - 420mm (width) x 775mm (length), SnuzPod3 & SnuzPod Studio - 460mm (width) x 820mm (length), Next to Me Original / Next to Me Air cribs - 520mm (width) x 850mm (length), Crib mattress 38x89 - 400mm (width) x 910 (length).
Do not use the mattress if any part is broken torn or missing and use only spare parts approved by the manufacturer.

Chicco Next to Me Warnings: Ensure you remove the original Chicco Next-2-Me Original / Next-2-Me Air cribs mattress from the crib and retain only the hardboard. The hardboard from the original ChiccoNext2me mattress MUST be kept and used underneath your new Snüz mattress at all times. If you do not have the hardboard from the original Chicco Next2me mattress DO NOT USE this Snüz mattress and contact Chicco for a replacement.

Yes, the top surface of the cover has a waterproof membrane (white side) and it can also be removed and machine washed up to 40 degrees.

How do I clean the SnuzSurface mattress?

The mattress cover is removable and machine washable up to 40 degrees. Do not wash or dry clean the fillings. If the item becomes soiled, spot clean lightly only with warm water and a mild detergent. Allow to dry completely and naturally away from direct sunlight.

Should I use a mattress protector with the SnuzSurface mattress?

Although the mattress cover is waterproof, we do recommend using a mattress protector for ease of use, and to keep the mattress in perfect condition.

Does the SnuzSurface Air Come With A Guarantee?

Yes, the SnuzSurface Air comes with a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing or material defects.
