How Long Can I Use My Childs Mattress For?
We recommend following the advice provided by The Sleep Charity and the National Bed Federation, which is to change your mattress once it’s 7 years old. We advise parents to follow this advice with their SnuzSurface Max, so when using from the minimum recommended age of 4, the mattress should be replaced once your child is 9 or 10.
This advice is always at the discretion of the parent or caregiver, who truly knows how much use and resulting wear and tear the mattress has received.
However, it is worth bearing in mind that once a mattress is 7 years old, it has typically been subjected to over 20,000 hours of wear and tear!
