The SnüzSwaddle has been designed with safety at its core. Choose the correct size swaddle based on your baby’s weight. Our newborn size is suitable for babies weighing 6–12 lbs, while the next size is designed for babies weighing 8.6–18.7 lbs, ensuring a comfortable and secure fit as your baby grows. 

The right TOG rating will depend on the temperature of your bedroom or baby nursery, so it’s likely to change throughout the year. A 2.5 TOG is suited to temperatures between 16–20°C, offering year-round support for spring, autumn and milder winter nights, while a 1.0 TOG provides cooler comfort for warmer conditions ranging from 18–24°C.

Start by making sure your baby’s sleep space is completely clear and your swaddle is flat, then place your baby on the SnüzSwaddle with their back flat. Make sure to guide your baby’s arms into a natural, comfortable position. 

For the swaddled position, secure both arms inside, zip up gently and fasten the buttons on the armholes. For the other positions, guide their arms through the armholes and optionally attach the sleeves. Ensure the fit is snug but not restrictive, with room for hip and leg movement.

You should be able to fit two fingers between the swaddle and your baby’s chest, with their face and neck completely clear of fabric. Make sure their legs can still bend and move naturally.
